If you had raised any issues or queries related to your order between 14th April afternoon & 15th April afternoon, on our older ID, we request you to email us on the mentioned one again. Our customer support team will get in touch with you as soon as possible. Instagram, WhatsApp and other social media presences remain unaffected.
Many of you may have also faced issues related to logging into your account, vanished checkout carts, tracking your order, broken links, etc. This occurred due to unforeseen circumstances, that were not in our hands. None the less, we are extremely sorry for the inconvenience caused. In order to minimise the same, we have temporarily shifted our domain to mesmerizeindia.co.
